Brother Love - Chapter 66
Kris woke up the next morning first and just watched Adam sleep. He was so worried about him going by himself to the bar today. What if he freaked out there? What if someone tried to hurt him? What if… was going though his mind when Adam began to stir.
“Kris", he breathed, reaching for his boyfriend.
"I'm right here, Adam."
"I'm sorry about last night." He gave a weak smile.
"You have nothing to be sorry about. You had a bad dream."
"No, I mean not wanting you to touch me."
"Adam, it's ok."
"No it’s not. I felt really dirty after that dream and I just couldn't..."
"Do you want to tell me your dream?"
"No baby, I don't. But it was all my worst fears."
“We can do something else today. What about the aquarium?”
Adam smiled, “Its ok baby. I’m ready. I think. I just want to get this over with, so we can enjoy the rest of our vacation.”
They stayed in bed for a while, talking and kissing. “Let me help you relax.”
Kris wiggled his way down Adam’s body, kissing each part of his skin along the way till he reached his destination. He lovingly took Adam’s cock into his mouth, licking and sucking. Adam tried to relax and just enjoy the amazing blowjob his boyfriend was giving him, but he needed something else.
“Baby?”
“You want me stop?”
“No, it’s just…I want to be in control.”
Kris sat up, giving him warm, trusting eyes, “Ok, Adam; whatever you need.”
Adam pushed Kris down on the bed and took over. He needed to feel dominant and strong right now. “I love you, Kris.”
“I know you do”, Kris replied as he fully submitted to Adam.
“I need you”, Adam kissed him roughly, probing his tongue inside of Kris’s mouth, tasting every inch of him. Soon, Kris was panting with need, arching his hips up to meet Adam.
“Mine, Kris.”
Adam prepped him with his fingers and a lot of lube, aiming for his prostate. Adam smiled, knowing he was driving Kris mad with want.
“Ready for me baby?”
Kris nodded fiercely, while Adam slowly slid into Kris. He was fully inside and stopped, looking at the boy he loved so much.
Then he began moving in and out, thrusting his cock into that tight, beautiful ass. He was fucking Kris hard and Kris was taking it, all of it.
“Please”, Kris managed to squeak out.
“So good for me, baby”, Adam reached for Kris’s cock, already slick from the lube and his own pre-cum. Adam gave his cock a few good twists and pulls and just as Kris cried out in pleasure, Adam came inside of him. Adam lay on top of Kris, kissing him as they came down. “Thank you so much, baby.”
“My pleasure”, Kris smirked. “I like you all toppy like that, you know.”
“Kinky boy.”

Afterwards, the boys got a shower and then made their way into the suite. Everyone had just finished breakfast.
“Sleep in boys?” Chelsey asked suspiciously.
“Um, I didn’t sleep very well last night”, Adam answered her.
“Are you worried about today?” Pam asked, concerned.
“Yeah, just a little”, he laughed, weakly.
“Well have some breakfast”, Pam set a plate in front of Adam as he sat down.
“So why don’t we take a cab into West Hollywood this morning and do a little shopping.”
“That’s sounds great, mom”, Adam perked up a little.
“Great, then we’ll go swimming, have lunch and then we’ll walk with you to the bar, Adam.”
“Ok, thanks, mom. But don’t come in, ok?”
“No, we’ll stay close, though. Just in case…”
Adam felt the butterflies trying to burst though his stomach. He barely touched his food. “I can’t eat. Can we just go shopping?”
“Yeah, come on.” Pam rubbed Adam’s shoulder’s hoping to relax him. She’d spoken to Amanda before they left on their trip. She gave her good advice. ‘Adam needs to do this. Support him, but don’t coddle him.’
Brent and Ron opted out of shopping, so Pam, Chelsey, Adam and Kris hopped into a cab and drove to Melrose Ave to where some of the best stores in West Hollywood were located.
They went into several trendy stores; ‘John Varvatos’ men’s clothing store, ‘Maxfields’, offering upscale edgy fashions and ‘Sielian's Vintage Apparel’ boutique. After exhausting the shopping on Melrose, headed east and hit a few stores on Santa Monica Boulevard and then ended up at the Sunset Plaza where they ate dinner the first night. The plaza was full of little boutiques and outdoor café’s. They decided to stop for coffee and watch the people for a bit before heading back to the hotel.
Adam and Kris both wanted to stop at the Hard Rock Café rock shop. They each picked up a t-shirt and hoodie. Adam wanted to look at the collectible pins. Kris found a really cool blue fender guitar pin with the Hard Rock logo that he wanted and Adam picked out a white biker skull pin with blue and red flames and the Hard Rock logo.
They picked up a cab outside the restaurant and headed back for the hotel. Ron and Brent were already in their bathing suits, so the rest quickly got ready and they headed down to the pool to relax for a bit before lunch.
Adam felt much better. Shopping therapy always did the trick. He swam a few laps, racing Kris, who probably would have won, but he liked being caught by Adam. After swimming, they lay in a lounge chair, Kris leaning into Adam, his arms wrapped around the smaller boy. This was Hollywood, and no one even gave them a notice.
They went back into the pool for one last swim before heading back to their room to change then meeting everyone in the suite for lunch. They took a quick shower, and then Adam put on his new Hard Rock Café t-shirt and a pair of nice black jeans. He looked at himself in the mirror, and decided on light makeup.
“You look gorgeous, Adam”, Kris said, lovingly.
Mom had put out lunch meat and bread for everyone to make a sandwich and Chelsey made some soup from a can. Adam felt the butterflies returning as he sat down to eat.
“Why am I so nervous? I don’t even know what to expect.”
Pam gave him a look, “Well sweetie, that’s probably why you’re so nervous. Do you know what you’re going to say?”
“Not really.”
“Well, let’s talk about that. Maybe if you are a little prepared as to what you want to know and what questions you are going to ask, you won’t be as nervous.”
“God, you’re smart, mom.”
Everyone gave Adam the best advice they could and he felt like he had a plan. Adam helped Pam clean up the kitchen and soon they were hopping into a cab to Hollywood boulevard.
The bar was in the central part of Hollywood; a little seedier than the trendy West Hollywood. It was only a couple of blocks from the Pantages Theater, where Wicked was playing. So, the Martins took the cab to a half block away from the bar, kissed Adam good luck and then made their way over to the theatre to pick up their tickets for the show that they were seeing in a couple of days. Again, Ron’s boss had hooked them up and their tickets were in will-call at the box office.
Adam watched his family walk away, feeling scared but confident as he walked to the bar.
He walked up to the door with its neon sign only half lit and partially falling down. He took a deep breath and walked inside.
The bartender saw the young man walk in and only seeing that he was underage, yelled to him, “Hey! You need to be twenty one, son.”
Adam, startled at first, found his voice. “Hey Terrance.” The bartender looked up again. Adam walked towards him and took a seat at the bar. “Do you remember me?”
Terrance looked him up and down, “I don’t believe it, Adam?”
“Yeah, it’s me”, he said sheepishly.
“Well come over here”, he squealed, walking around the bar to meet Adam half way. He wrapped him up in a hug, then stood back and looked at him. “You grew up.”
“I’m eighteen.”
“You look great, Adam. It’s good to see you. Where have you been?”
Just then, the manager came out from the kitchen, hearing voices at the bar.
“Jerry”, Terrance called out. “Look who’s here?”
Jerry walked over and looked Adam up and down. “Adam?”
“Hi Jerry.”
“Adam! It’s good to see you.”
Adam really hadn’t expected such a warm welcome. All of his fears melted away.
“Have a seat and tell us what happened to you?”
Adam told them about jail and his Aunt, moving to Arkansas and then her dying. He told them about the group home and that it hadn’t worked out, but not why. And then he talked about the Martin’s and Kris and the last three years of his life; high school, singing and drama and then his theatre scholarship to Central Arkansas. As he was telling them, he realized that he had come so far and coming back here wasn’t threatening at all, because no one could take that away from him.
While they were talking, some of the girls were just coming to work. A lot of them were new and paid them no attention, but a couple of the older girls recognized Adam immediately.
They each gave him a hug. “Honey, you turned into one hot man, you know that?”
“Thanks”, he said laughing.
One of the new girls saw them all talking and came over as well. “Who’s this?” She asked looking Adam up and down. “He’s cute. You single, honey?”
“You don’t play for the same team, Veronica.” One of the other girls explained.
“Too bad, honey”, she said walking away.
“Don’t mind her, Adam.”
Adam continued talking with everyone that knew him at the bar. It seemed so natural that he almost forgot why he’d come in the first place until Jerry brought it up. “Adam, you know we’re so glad to see you, but why are you here?”
“I’m on vacation with my family.”
“So you decided to come and hang out with a bunch of losers in a bar.” He sneered.
“Losers? You guys were like my family”, he said sadly, reminding him of his mom. “Actually, I have a lot of questions.”
“About your mom?”
“Yeah.”
The girls eventually wandered back stage to get ready for their show, leaving Adam with Jerry and Terrance. “Let’s take a booth”, Jerry said, leading Adam over to a table in the back.
“What do you want to know?”
“Well, everything. I know she was a drug addict and prostituted for drug money. “
“Yeah, and she worked here too.”
“And left me here a lot.”
“I’m sorry, Adam. I know you didn’t have a very good childhood.”
“It’s not your fault. I just sort of want to understand.”
“I think the one you should really talk to is Joan. She knew her the best.”
“Joan? The neighbor who used to watch me. She was a nice lady.”
“Well, she still lives here and everyone once in a while, she comes down here to ask about you.”
“She does?”
“I think she really cared about you.”
“That’s nice to know.” Adam remembered her affectionately. “Do you think I could go and see her?”
“Up to you, but yeah, I think she’d really like to see you, too.”
They talked for a while longer about trivial things, but Adam had one more question for them. “Did you know that my mom made me… um… make money for her?”
Both Jerry and Terrance shot each other a look of guilt. “Yeah, but not at first. In fact we threatened to turn her in, but…”
“But what?”
“She was more careful after we found out.”
“We weren’t responsible for you, Adam.” Terrance said. “We’re sorry.”
Adam wasn’t sure what to say to them. They weren’t responsible for him. And, they made him feel like part of their family when he was with then. It wasn’t their fault…but he was just a kid and it wasn’t right.
“Wait a minute”, Jerry stood up. “I just remembered; I have something for you.”
He walked in the back to his office and brought back an official looking envelope with his name on it.
“What’s that?” Adam asked, as Jerry handed it to him.
“This came for you a couple of years ago, hand delivered. It looks like it’s from a lawyer. I was told to keep it in case you ever came back. You really did just drop out of sight.”
“Yeah, my Aunt got me out of here pretty quick, I didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye.”
“It’s ok, Adam.
“Anyway, you should open it.”
Adam looked at the sealed envelope in his hand and panicked.
